After harvesting, farmers will cut the root off, then they braid the garlic and hung the braids up under their small shed or their eave to dry their garlic. It takes about 10-15 days, depending on weather conditions. To do so, the skin of garlic will be smooth, nature dry and white.
After the garlic become dry, we purchase the picked garlic and process them at our factory. Every task, from planting, drying, cropping, cleaning toot, cleaning bulbs, selecting and sorting to packing is done by hand. Do in such way; enable us to maintain the premium quality.
